Hatching eggs will only be shipped to addresses in the USA.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements on hatching eggs. Shipping hatching eggs is a risk, if you can not accept these risks please consider buying chicks or grown birds.
We hatch test batches of eggs to ensure fertility. We also run a high rooster to hen ratio to ensure high fertility.
We can not control how eggs are handled or incubated once they leave our hands. Incubation results may vary according to handling and individual incubator settings.
Fertile hatching eggs may be held for shipment at the beginning of the week to ensure they arrive in a timely manner. Eggs will be shipped as soon as they are available and availability may change with demand and time of year. All orders are processed and shipped as soon as available and shipping notification will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Eggs are packaged and labeled to avoid damages, however, when eggs leave our hands, I can not control how they are handled. If they become damaged during shipment, please file a claim with your local carrier.
